Current Employee - Retail Sales Associate

Pros

- Solid company culture - Values diversity and inclusion - Safe, friendly workplace and peers - Heard many stories about those who have worked here for several years landing promotions... (Managers/General Manager have several years of exp. weren't hired out of the company) - Managers are great at rescheduling conflicts with notice - Frequent small bonuses (water bottles, merch, snacks, etc.)

Cons

- Can be very slow at times - Customer-facing role, occasionally have rude customers - Shifts timings are generally random and can be inconvenient - Transparency about raises, performance, etc.... would be nice
