I don't think I can say enough positive things about this company. They truly care about their employees. You also receive free product, the culture promotes work/life balance and that message... continually comes from the top down. It is a BCorp company and very sustainably minded. Management is approachable and supportive. The education they provide was beyond amazing. They have been nothing but supportive during the pandemic and clearly put employees safety first.

I have been working at Twin Engine Labs full-time for more than a year
Working as a Software Engineer at Twin Engine Labs is an amazing experience. The engineers are treated as the lifeblood of the company and not throw-a-way employees that can be tossed aside when... things go wrong. The management stands beside the engineers when they make decisions providing a united front against clients that might be too hard headed to just accept the word of the engineer.
Working directly with clients has it's perks but it also has other problems. Dealing with clients in such an open manner almost always leads to some form of scope creep for their project and they... never mind about the time increase when you warn them but when it comes time to see how much they owe they have a lot of issues with the "extra" work you've been doing.
Advice to Management
I think the management does a terrific job already, they are always open to suggestions as a standard practice. As long as they remain open and informative I don't foresee them needing any advice.
