Featured Review

Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Gartner full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Continuous coaching and training - you learn every single day. The opportunity to have a disproportionate impact on your clients' business, and on their success. Work with super-intelligent and... passionate people, in a strong team setting across lines of business and geographies. Great recognition, uncapped earnings potential, great benefits.

Cons

It's not for everyone, you have to be willing to challenge yourself, to learn new ways of doing things, of applying best practices. If that's not for you, you won't be happy here.

Current Employee - Associate Digital Marketing Consultant

I have been working at Brafton full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great vibe and great people, in-office snacks, drinks and beer, lots of training and everyone is willing to answer questions/help out, flexible work hours and work from home, CEO is very hands on... with all employees and takes time to get to know newbies

Cons

unfortunately there are no office dogs :/
