Current Employee - Sales Manager

I have been working at Gartner full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

work life balance pay scale and benefits opportunity management

Cons

can be high pressure but its a sales org

Former Contractor - Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET)

I worked at Zeal IT Consultants for less than a year

Pros

Highly supportive, excellent at communication, will touch base with you weekly to make sure that you have everything that you need in order to do well in your position in terms of online training or... whatever else in their power.

Cons

The agreement with the other company was pretty fluid and didn’t have a set date, so we had to “trust the process” a bit. But it definitely paid off!

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep your standards high and your communication and active questioning present!
