I worked at Gateway Metro Credit Union

Pros

co-workers were fun to work with

Cons

Not flexible, turn over rate is high

Advice to Management

Actually care about your employees

Current Employee - Litigation Attorney

I have been working at Cordell & Cordell full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great work life balance, minimum billing requirements are completely obtainable, amazing bonus structure and other benefits provided, attorney network all across the country to assist if needed

Cons

Only negative about the Boston office is parking is not provided so paying to park or for the train can get expensive quickly.
