There are several pros to working for Rocket Companies. Good compensation and benefits ( medical, Dental and Vision and Stock Options ). Lots of support and training, which has recently been... enhanced. Room for growth for as far as you want to go. Work from home at least 2 days a week, something 3 days a week. The Detroit office is right in the heart of downtown Detroit and stones throw from the River Front. Good shopping and food within walking distance and food trucks right outside the buildings. Lots of live music and activities. If you haven't been to downtown Detroit lately, you are missing out on a multicultural delight

Cons

I know it's hard to control the temperature in a high rise building. I am always cold in the building I am currently working in. Bring a sweater and a lap robe. Your parking garage may be more than a... 2 block walk at times. They are working on getting everyone closer to their perspective buildings.
