Its a small company with a wonderful work environment. Everyone is very friendly and the work is enjoyable to be apart of.
Cons
Considering it is a smaller company and they are looking for a wide-variety of skills for each position, the job duties can vary and the expectations can grow overtime. You can't fully specialize and... the skills needed for each position can be very high.
