Former Employee - Utility Worker

I worked at General Mills full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great benefits , great safety program. Great people to work with

Cons

Forced overtime and points that go along with it when you can’t stay

Advice to Management

Please make sure you treat all people fairly and listen to all. Don’t pick and choose who you listen too. If people are sick let them go home or stay home without using points or vacation. It’s... bad enough that they are sick they don’t need to be punished for it too

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Medtronic full-time for more than a year

Pros

Truly mission driven, friendly work culture, lots of space to grow and develop

Cons

So far none to report
