Featured Review

Current Employee - Computer Associate

I have been working at General Mills full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of overtime at 1.5 or 2x pay. Room for advancement. Friendly coworkers. Helpful leads and TL's. Lots of training. Everyone in the building from Plant Manager to janitorial staff ate... accessable and friendly. Benefits are amazing.

Cons

Scaling back of incentive programs such as employee recognition and perfect attendence awards had made more than a few people salty as of late.

I have been working at Pittsburgh Glass Works full-time

Pros

Great pay and benefits from day one.

Cons

Outlook is what will make or break you in a factory.
