Current Employee - Workforce Analyst

I have been working at General Mills full-time for more than a year

Pros

Benefits are great. Work/life balance is manageable. Opportunities for growth and scalability in COEs.

Cons

Slow at making decisions. Too processed-oriented that impedes growth and taking action.

Advice to Management

Trust your employees, be more action-oriented and transparent about decisions.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Sazerac full-time for less than a year

Pros

I work at the corporate office and everyone's friendly for the most part. Ignore the salty reviews bashing HR and the company. They are super helpful during the on board process and they feed us A... LOT! The good stuff around the area not just chick filet, though there's lots of that too.

Cons

Company is fast paced and expanding a lot. Lots of new brands and locations can sometimes be a bit overwhelming.

Advice to Management

More Food!!!
