Featured Review

Current Intern - Business Management Associate Intern

I have been working at General Mills for less than a year

Pros

There is a clear path to grow within North American Retail Sales. Intern projects provided real insights that impacted the business. There were plenty networking opportunities.

Cons

Company growth seems to be slowing.

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
