Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Genesis HealthCare full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Career advancement, leadership development opportunities, promotion from within. With over 400 locations nationwide the ability to grow and develop within Genesis is always available in just about... every corner of the country.

Cons

A few less conference calls would be nice.

Advice to Management

Continue to create a culture focused on patient centered care, staff recognition and promoting and expecting integrity from all employees and vendors.

Current Employee - Occupational Therapist

I have been working at Community Rehabilitation Services (Georgia) full-time for more than a year

Pros

love the patient relationships Fantastic coworkers commute

Cons

productivity, as with most rehab sites no holidays and not transparent salary negotiations

Advice to Management

I love the relationship and how patients come first. Some things to improve would be communication, more oversight and organization over managers, yearly reviews and pay assesments
