Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Genesis HealthCare full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Career advancement, leadership development opportunities, promotion from within. With over 400 locations nationwide the ability to grow and develop within Genesis is always available in just about... every corner of the country.

Cons

A few less conference calls would be nice.

Advice to Management

Continue to create a culture focused on patient centered care, staff recognition and promoting and expecting integrity from all employees and vendors.

"Great company"Jul 25, 2019

Current Employee - Family Nurse Practitioner

I have been working at Saint Thomas Health full-time for more than a year

Pros

Faith-based organization. STMP specifically is willing to work with employees to meet their needs and address concerns.

Cons

Increasing holiday work, but have plenty of prns to cover as well. NPs are sometimes shown less respect than MDs by upper mgt.
