Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Genesis HealthCare full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Career advancement, leadership development opportunities, promotion from within. With over 400 locations nationwide the ability to grow and develop within Genesis is always available in just about... every corner of the country.

Cons

A few less conference calls would be nice.

Advice to Management

Continue to create a culture focused on patient centered care, staff recognition and promoting and expecting integrity from all employees and vendors.

Former Employee - Administrative Support Assistant

I worked at Womack Army Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Given a chance to work with both Military and Civilian Co-workers.

Cons

Leadership need to get more involved with the whole aspect of the day to day operations of the Hospital, not just patient care.

Advice to Management

Listen to your Supervisors and Employees, and stop making false promises.
