Entrepreneurial office mentality encourages team work and testing new ideas for products. Genscape provides the best commodity data on the planet and staff have access to this data, which is a... wonderful place to be for a data scientist. Highly recommend if you enjoy the scientific method in the energy sector. Genscape is on the forefront of Big Data and Machine Learning.

Cons

The company is on the upswing after a difficult transition period. Now, new strategies seek foster growth and product improvement. Communication between teams is improving.
