I worked at Burns & McDonnell for less than a year
As a young engineer, I've had experience at 3 companies and Burns by far has the best culture. Work force is fairly young and management was extremely willing and excited to take the time to teach... fellow team members. Company is growing fast and everyone on board is very extremely ambitious to continue to improve.
Pay was lower than competitors although many argue that the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) makes up for that.
