Great work environment and super knowledgeable professionals. You have the opportunity to work on diverse and interesting projects, both national and international. This is a VERY GOOD firm for... Summer Internships, they hire a lot of interns from all over the country and allow you to develop your own skills.

Cons

A lot of extra hours and too much pressure at times, depending on the project you are working on, so you might face a very bad work/life balance.

You should manage the work/life balance better for all employees.
