I worked at GeoTek Engineering & Testing Services full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Learned alot about engineering, testing, reading blueprints, supervise crews and inspect details, specifications, and all duties to insure construction was done according to codes

Cons

Have to deal to workers, supervisors, city building inspectors, general and sub-contractors, owners of project, owners of resident, etc

Advice to Management

Only the best survive
