"Great company"Mar 3, 2019

Current Employee - Senior Director

I have been working at Gilead Sciences full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

A company with an inspiring mission and incredible track record of developing products that transform patients lives and impact public health.

Cons

Going through a period of organisational and senior management change having not seen its strongest period of growth.

Advice to Management

Focus more on good people management and development opportunities for staff. Less of a focus on inclusion initiatives that achieve the opposite.

Current Employee - Clinical Nurse Educator

I have been working at Ashfield Healthcare Communications part-time for more than a year

Pros

Awesome Leadership, Make a difference in peoples lives

Cons

Limited amount patients in area

Advice to Management

Management is SUPER!
