Pros

If you have a good idea, you'll find there are resources to support it. It's really the only company I've worked at where this has happened. The benefits are great, within a year of working here,... my 401k was 12x higher than when I worked for a previous company for 2 years.

Cons

It's relatively new compared to other companies so sometimes processes don't exist.
