"Great company"Mar 3, 2019

Current Employee - Senior Director

I have been working at Gilead Sciences full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

A company with an inspiring mission and incredible track record of developing products that transform patients lives and impact public health.

Cons

Going through a period of organisational and senior management change having not seen its strongest period of growth.

Advice to Management

Focus more on good people management and development opportunities for staff. Less of a focus on inclusion initiatives that achieve the opposite.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Sunovion full-time for more than a year

Pros

Collegial culture and strong values Financially strong Developing pipeline with innovative potential Very competitive compensation and benefits Work – Life balance

Cons

There are areas for growth. Such as, continuing to upgrade and adopt technologies to support employees’ work.

Advice to Management

Continue to: Offer comprehensive benefits Enhance the company culture and team-building Develop the pipeline and consider key acquisitions and partnerships
