Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Glacier Bancorp full-time

Pros

Company strives to hire the best people to fill teams. You can always see that even with growth their primary focus is on customers and employees. Great incentives and extra perks. Overall great... company!

Cons

I did not have any problems with this company and would work with them again in the future.

Advice to Management

Amazing job recognizing talent

Bank Teller

I worked at Glacier Bank for more than a year

Pros

I was able to stand behind my company and share new products and services we offered and knew the bank was looking out for the customers best interest. Never any real issues dealing with inter... branch transactions and most employees got along great

Cons

1) Limited opportunities to advance since the bank is only so large and contained to only a few states. 2) Employees got along for the most part but within branches there was a lot of clique high... school nonsense going on. Managers having "favorites" or being able to be manipulated for shifts and such but nothing over the top, that just got old.

Advice to Management

switch up the branches every so often so employees stay on top of their game and put their best foot forward when it comes to helping customers and getting along with in a branch
