Pros
From the top down Niche is an excellent company to work for. Everyone in Leadership truly cares about their employees from a professional to a personal level which has been clearly shown during the... Covid-19 shutdowns. It has been very evident that employees health and well being is first and foremost when decisions are being made for the company. Every effort is made to reward employees for hard work and performance while being more than fair regarding expectations during these restrictive and complicated times. Everyone at the company is approachable, starting with the CEO and moving throughout the entire organization. Niche's partners matter as well and at the end of the day it makes you feel good about what you do and the company you work for.
Cons
The only Con that I have is that I started with Niche shortly before we all had to start working from home and I have not had the chance to really interact with all my colleagues, outside of virtual... meetings, yet. Looking forward to being able to do that in the very near future.
