"Great agency"Apr 26, 2019

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at GlynnDevins full-time

Pros

Friendly coworkers laidback Pays well benefits package is great

Cons

none come to mind. Great place to work

Current Employee - Account Supervisor

I have been working at MMGY Global full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Interesting client roster - Smart teammates who act as a team - Great vacation policy (even for new/young employees) - Have made great strides in right sizing pay discrepancies - Approachable... senior leadership

Cons

- Work life balance can ebb and flow depending on client needs/client list (But Not as Bad as Some Agencies) - Office space is very open which doesn't fit some people's working styles/preferences -... Office is lacking in "creative spaces" for breakout sessions and casual brainstorms

Advice to Management

Consider ways to enliven the space with more "creative spaces" and continue the trajectory of increased attention to employee needs (has been very rewarding to experience).
