Current Employee - Corporate Citizenship Director

I have been working at GoDaddy full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

A ton of opportunity to create, take risks and innovate. There is a culture of trust and it's clear that your work matters.

Cons

With a fast growing company - you have to be able to adapt and change direction quickly!

Current Employee - People & Culture

I have been working at Axway full-time for less than a year

Pros

-Leadership has set very clear and transparent goals for the organization. There is a great deal of internal communication discussing everyone's contributions and celebrating wins both large and... small. -Healthy culture of internal debate on key challenges, ideas, etc.. participation is encouraged and I get the sense that we all try to avoid having myopic perspectives. - The products are exciting and it's great to have peers who are passionate about their work and passionate about employee and customer success.

Cons

Nothing substantial - Axway operates in a highly competitive industry so change is constant and internal structure shifts regularly to meet the needs of the business. It can be tough to keep up with... things but it's all communicated openly and Axway makes it easy to keep informed if you're willing to put in the effort.
