Pros
- Remote with in person options - Stable and consistent pay - Fair workload with good customer relationships - Benefits are great - Stock options, matching, and grants
Cons
There has been a lot of shifting in product and structure over the last few years from COVID and hiring can be a little political. Also not much luck in referring candidates for employment so really... competitive.
Pros
The people are a massive pro. Everyone I've met at CTI has been awesome, incredibly supportive and receptive to feedback. It feels like my department genuinely wants to make sure I'm enjoying my work... and want to do everything they can to help me thrive as a developer. The work, while often challenging, is varied and interesting and being able to contribute to some big projects for some impressive clients has been an awesome experience so far! I'm looking forward to seeing what else comes my way in the future!
Cons
There have been times where I've had to split myself across multiple projects in a given day, which can be quite difficult to manage, but the department is aware that this is the case and that it's... not exclusive to myself, and are working on taking steps to make sure this improves! Being a remote worker and so far from the office can also sometimes feel a little isolating, but hopefully that shouldn't be a problem for too much longer!
