Current Employee - Technical Accounting Manager

Pros

Company is poised to continue growing itself as the leader in empowering everyday entrepreneurs with a crisp vision/strategy and a dedication to serving the customer. The pay and the benefits are... competitive, but by far, the best thing about the company are the people who drink in the culture and embody the values in their everyday jobs. This starts with our leadership team who better exemplify our values than anyone else. I'm proud to work at a company that strives to help our go-getters by letting them focus on being the best and letting us take care of the rest. Can't recommend GoDaddy as a company enough. Truly a benchmark in employee satisfaction. Obviously I work there, so fair to say I'm biased, but I wouldn't be working there if I didn't feel treated right or buy into their vision.

Cons

None to note - pay is competitive, leadership is transparent, vision is clear and set us on a path for continued growth. Very happy with GD as a company to work for.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. Nothing I love more than listening to the stories of random people I run into (Uber drivers, restaurant workers, etc.) who run their main businesses or "side hustles" via... GoDaddy and feel supported by our suite of products. It makes me beam with pride to know that we are supporting the glue that holds our great country together (i.e,. entrepreneurs). Keep treating your employees as key business partners in the strategic vision of the company and they will continue to deliver with hard work and loyalty.

Pros

- Challenges are exciting - Trust in the team and support from Governance - Remote work - Mobility markets are booming in all cities, in Cabify you have the opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

- Lack of ownership but we've been working this out for the last two years so by the time you read it its probably solved. - If you're an english or portuguese speaker know that the official global... meetings are in spanish. However the company makes an effort to translate in realtime and also to send all other communications in above mentioned three languages.

Advice to Management

Now that we've merged with Easy in Brazil and we are #oneteam we need to keep embracing remote and asynchronous culture, it will increase team efficiency and will help in the merge. Not to mention... all the benefits that this culture change provides to personal life.
