      I have been working at GoDaddy full-time

      Pros

      It is the best company I have worked for. Advancement, training, helping people. It is everything I love to do. Technical Hosting has been a blast solving issues on a complex scale. Aman Bhutani is a... great CEO.

      Cons

      I was not a fan of the old Revenue driven sales metric but they have recently done away with that under CEO Aman Bhutani.

      Advice to Management

      Keep evolving during these times. You have done amazing.
