Featured Review

Current Employee - Corporate Citizenship Director

I have been working at GoDaddy full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

A ton of opportunity to create, take risks and innovate. There is a culture of trust and it's clear that your work matters.

Cons

With a fast growing company - you have to be able to adapt and change direction quickly!

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Paddle full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Paddle is a very supportive company that gives you space to work the way that fits you whether that is from home, late nights, early mornings or on an inflatable unicorn. - Learning and growing... is an important part of Paddles culture, off site training as well as people sharing skills across department is super encouraged.

Cons

- Paddle is growing really fast so there is a lot of stuff going on at all times, this can be a bit much but it is also super exciting.
