Current Employee - Corporate Citizenship Director

I have been working at GoDaddy full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

A ton of opportunity to create, take risks and innovate. There is a culture of trust and it's clear that your work matters.

Cons

With a fast growing company - you have to be able to adapt and change direction quickly!

Current Employee - N/A

I have been working at Tinybeans full-time for less than a year

Pros

Tinybeans is a great product with so much potential. Extremely passionate people that make me excited to go into work every day. Most developers are bright and also approachable. Worklife balance is... strong, the team is great and the banter as well

Cons

Sometimes things move slowly and it's easy to get trapped in a lot of meetings if you don't manage your calendar well.

Advice to Management

Focus more on ensuring teams deliver results. Cut out unnecessary planning meetings.
