Culture, culture, culture. All employees exhibit the Company's values-we are passionate, fearless, driven, take ownership, collaborative, innovative, fast-paced, and our clients are priority!... Results. Our growth and financials say it all, but what that doesn't illustrate is our strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, industry, and the market not to mention our positive impact on global communities.
As of now, I have no downsides to note. Onboarding was top-notch, my team is amazing, and at the end of the day, the Company truly cares about YOU.

I have been working at University of Phoenix full-time for more than 10 years
I have seen many iterations of this company, and can honestly say I would never have lasted this long here if it weren't for this university's commitment to not only its students, but it's employees.... The benefits are great, and I feel the current leadership team is always looking for ways to improve both the student and employee experience. They value education, and family, and work life balance.
The fact that this university is very fast paced, and constantly evolving can lead to stress and burnout. This is a highly competitive industry, and change is inevitable.
Advice to Management
Keep asking for feedback from your students, and your employees and be open to making changes as needed.
