Culture, culture, culture. All employees exhibit the Company's values-we are passionate, fearless, driven, take ownership, collaborative, innovative, fast-paced, and our clients are priority!... Results. Our growth and financials say it all, but what that doesn't illustrate is our strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, industry, and the market not to mention our positive impact on global communities.
As of now, I have no downsides to note. Onboarding was top-notch, my team is amazing, and at the end of the day, the Company truly cares about YOU.

I worked at YouScan full-time for less than a year
Good product, clearly brings value to its targeted market Would not go as far to say that they are market leaders, however, they wouldn't be far from it in my opinion if i am being honest. Decent on... boarding, not great, but not bad, simply "ok" Friendly and welcoming colleagues and pretty good package
Extremely poor hierarchy with a massive downfall in leadership, probably the worst I have ever come across. Leadership skills are not seen which leads me to believe that they are non existent. Poor,... poor, poor management skills Many flaws and issues, inappropriate comments and childish behaviour in the hierarchy.
Advice to Management
Learn how to lead and not how to "force and control"
