Full time and part-time positions available. Ability to work over-time. Good pay. Good boss.
Cons
At start you work weekends and holidays plus swing and graveyard shifts unless they need a morning shift but you'll need experience for that. Sometimes you work excessive hours due to accidents and... or someone calling in sick at last minute. If your lucky and after working more than 1 year you might have a chance to change schedules but if not than most likely you'll be stuck working swing and graveyard for many years which is depressing and if you have family won't give you much time to spend with them as accidents especially mortal death accidents can delay you hours before you can clear the vehicles and remove them.
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees when they express the feel for a shift change. Sometimes they want to relate the need of shift change to change their way of life as communication to relieve the stress and... any other problems they might be facing. Also you need to train enough people to work swing and especially graveyard so that you can shuffle people around every year and or have back-ups that can handle the job and switch people as needed when they express the need for change. Listening for the need of the employee can improve the moral and conduct of the company as well as improve productivity and effectiveness of the overall achievement of every year goal that the company has as far as expectations and growth. Also, 6 month bonuses are better than yearly bonuses as its a compensation for every employee busting their butt out there in the hot, cold, rainy seasons.
