Former Employee - Associate

I worked at Goldman Sachs full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent group of people to work with. Worked with professionals from around the world.

Cons

Consensus driven work culture may not appeal to all. Decision making is driven by multiple teams/agents.

Advice to Management

None

Current Employee - KYC Senior Analyst

I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

We have good benefits, 401K Match, and good training within to take advantage while in company. Flexible work arrangements and good old fashioned managers.

Cons

Sometimes too big of a corporation to get procedures changed but can suggest changes anytime.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
