Featured Review

Current Employee - Software Engineer

I have been working at GolfNow full-time for less than a year

Pros

Benefits are top notch and the sheer amount is overwhelming. All management is respectful and kind. A great team to work with of very knowledgeable people. Uses Microsoft technology. They work very... well with your personal schedule and any issue that may come up.

Cons

A choice of Surface line hardware for software development would be nice.

Former Employee - Senior Account Executive

I worked at TrendyMinds full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Well-known clients, badass office space, snacks (the owners even cook for you sometimes), commitment to employee happiness Trevor and Tyler (the owners) are active in the culture of the company,... and care about each employee on a personal level. They are major proponents of work-life balance and put their money where their mouths are when it comes to investing to improve the company and expand its capabilities. As an employee, you always feel cared for, and like leadership has your back.

Cons

It's an agency - sometimes clients are tough (but you should know that already)

Advice to Management

Continue to invest in the happiness and well-being of your employees. It's a great differentiatior and not a given in this business.
