Former Employee - Retail Supervisor

I worked at Goodwill full-time for more than a year

Pros

Lots of room for internal growth, great schedules and team.

Cons

Some times heavy lifting is required

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Albany County Convention & Visitors Bureau part-time

Pros

As an intern I felt that I had responsibility and made actual contributions to the company. Marketing department was amazing at the time although a majority of them have moved on to other jobs at... other companies.

Cons

Could be better communication between departments it seems. Different departments had different approaches for things and while this did not cause visible issues better communication could help.
