Former Employee - Tire Builder

I worked at Goodyear full-time

Pros

Pays very well fun co workers

Cons

Bad shifts underappreciated dark and gloomy

Current Employee - Service Manager

I have been working at Firestone Complete Auto Care full-time for less than a year

Pros

So much room to grow, I thought spending 30 years in a different profession would hold me to a counter person for a long time. There is so much encouragement to grow it is sometimes overwhelming. The... support you have behind you to learn and move up is by far something you do not see in corporate America any longer.

Cons

I have not yet found a reason to dislike my job, my team or the idea of working for Bridgestone/Firestone. If great benefits/great pay is not for you then by all means don't apply here. Bridgestone... will absorb you into there word and if you are at the very least 'ALL IN" then you will run forward into a great career - My only con is that i didn't do this much much sooner in my age.

Advice to Management

Thank you for all you do for us who are part of your team! And thank you for giving me that opportunities you have.
