Wonderful people, lots of perks, independence, flexible schedule
As a TVC (temp-vendor-contractor) you don’t have as many opportunities available to you as full-time employers. Employee-only events & trainings can be common which can be frustrating when you need... the same information to do your job. Also, you may get asked to switch teams or make changes in order to accommodate business needs (as a contractor, I’m on my 5th manager and had been assigned to my third team after 9 months).
Advice to Management
Consider changing TVC policies to allow better access to documents & trainings when business-relevant. Allow easier conversion to full- time employment for high-performing contractors.

I enjoy working at St. David's Foundation, my coworkers are topnotch, and the new building downtown is wonderful.
