Former Employee - Warehouse Selector

I worked at Gordon Food Service full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great pay and great people

Cons

Long hours and inconsistent work schedule

Advice to Management

Nothing really to say.. just listen to the employees concerns try to be honest no how long it may take for you to respond to any requests..

Current Employee - Track and Trace Specialist

I have been working at National Air Cargo full-time for more than a year

Pros

Employees are treated like part of the team; that their opinion and work that they do matters.

Cons

Its pretty much a 24/7 365 day a year job..but that's the nature of the job. You know that going in. Training is very fast and out on the floor.

Advice to Management

Better training.
