Featured Review

Current Employee - Regional Account Manager

I have been working at Granite Telecommunications full-time for more than a year

Pros

accessibility of higher ups. At Granite I have had the support to take my ideas and run with them. Our CEO Rob Hale is regularly available for anything you need and extremely generous

Cons

Its not an easy job. You have the opportunity to make lots of money if you work hard but to many people coast on the salary and get left behind

Advice to Management

Reward the sales process not just the finished sale

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Everbridge full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great product, great management and talented coworkers. A chance to sell software and make a real difference in people’s lives. I’m at a point in my career, and life, where that truly matters to me.... Perks are great, and winning environment is evident.

Cons

Typical growing pains. Would like to see faster movement in some keys areas to help with retention.

Advice to Management

Keep up the pace. Invest in the the growth areas and continue to take care of your employees
