Current Employee - Medical Office Specialist

I have been working at HCA Healthcare full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I feel like they appreciate their employees and recognize your hard work if you want to grow and succeed in the company.

Cons

The only con that I can really think of is the long and drawn out process of getting new hires on -boarded. In cases where people quit or terminated, it leaves the rest of the staff struggling to... cover.

Advice to Management

Continue to meet with staff and really listen to their needs. They are in healthcare for a reason and they have great ideas for patient satisfaction.
