Featured Review

Current Employee - Technical Analyst PRN

I have been working at HCA Healthcare part-time for less than a year

Pros

Great management, great coworkers, great work culture.

Cons

The onboarding process wasn't totally smooth.

"Long Term Review"Jun 27, 2017

Current Contractor - Coding Consultant

I have been working at Harmony Health Care for more than 3 years

Pros

High base salary, little else

Cons

Work as a coder. Poor position descriptions. Poor coder support. No assistance with CEU's and Certifications. Will contract with any client, regardless of their quality. I could go on, but time... is precious.

Advice to Management

If you want to be a health care solutions provider, stop being a health care associate placement agency and start providing real consulting services and more support to filed employees.
