Advice to Management
Keep up the good work
I have been working at Lessard Design full-time for more than 5 years
The time I have been working in Lessard Design have been a great and rewarding experience. Lessard Design is a firm that focuses in developing architects that are self-driven and self-motivated.... Through exposure to projects of various architecture character and sizes, this office provides a range of opportunities and resources to its employees to grow and develop themselves within its business. These opportunities can be achieved through continuous client exposure, unique design challenges, team collaboration as well as realistic financial goals. One of the rewarding things I have encounter in this office is that we design projects that will become real and quickly. If you work in a project in this office, most likely you will see it getting built soon and as an architect this is a priceless experience. In this office, the leadership, managers and principals are open and willing to mentor staff in all facets of design solutions, business and technical approach for them to grow and learn. In my experience, you do not encounter this openness and transparency in most architecture firms. If you are looking to work in great projects, have exposure to good clients, collaborate in a team environment this office is for you.
None, keep up the good work!
