Featured Review
"Good Company"Feb 21, 2020

Current Employee - EIT

I have been working at HDR full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good match on 401K, decent PTO, competitive pay, good health insurance, and exciting projects. They have all the resources to pursue and win the best work and they normally do. The company is growing... like crazy and their financial records are very strong.

Cons

Work can be a little mundane sometimes, but it just really depends on your position.

Advice to Management

Offer more formal training to employees. It's hard to get a grasp on all the software we are supposed to use.

"Great"Feb 28, 2020

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Washington River Protection Solutions full-time for less than a year

Pros

There is a lot to learn if you're willing to learn.

Cons

Very long commute out to site.
