Pros

The company offers good benefits for all levels of employment. The wages are market-competitive. Because it is a world class company, the opportunities for growing are always available. The Safety... awareness is a plus.

Cons

There is a gap putting apart the management and the floor employees. Also, there is a lack of integration between departments.

Advice to Management

Start working closer to the employees, learning about their ideas and needs and rewarding them for their achievements. Watch the relationship between different areas of the company.
