Advice to Management

I have no advice for HEi

Brand Ambassador

I have been working at Heng Enterprise for less than a year

Pros

Enjoyed working with customers, like my coworkers, young atmosphere mostly college grads. Annual trip paid by the company, all expenses covered. This year in november we out to the Dominican... Republic!!!! last year they went to cancun. Awesome. I like the environment.

Cons

You need a student mentality, williness to learn. If you have 20+ years and you feel like you know it all and should get paid salary when you start, sorry to break it to you. But not goanna happen.... its entry level. I recommend young people or people with student mentality

Advice to Management

Nothing really. The Ceo has this app GroupMe where he talks to all of his employees, he is up to date with everything
