Current Employee - Managing Director

I have been working at HSBC Holdings full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

vacations, benefits and work life balance

Cons

Future opportunities are very limited. Its all about the banks needs not the employees.

Advice to Management

The US is a great market. You need to figure out how to participate in a meaningful way.

Current Employee - KYC Senior Analyst

I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

We have good benefits, 401K Match, and good training within to take advantage while in company. Flexible work arrangements and good old fashioned managers.

Cons

Sometimes too big of a corporation to get procedures changed but can suggest changes anytime.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
