Current Contractor - Export Coordinator

I have been working at Hapag-Lloyd for less than a year

Pros

Good people to work with, managers don't live in a zero mistake environment only ask you learn from your mistakes and apply yourself daily

Cons

You have to be hired on as a temp for a few months before you get offered full time from what I'm told. Other than that it can get really busy some days but not overwhelming most times

Current Employee - Analyst

I have been working at CMA CGM America full-time for less than a year

Pros

PTO and Benefits are amazing. The culture can be hectic but that’s because it’s an international company.

Cons

Training could be better, but’s nothing really.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
