Pros
I have found that the Store Support Center is a nice place to work and I do not regret joining this company. The people are reasonable and very polite to one another. I have adequate time to do my... job, allowing me to check my work and perform accurately. I find this very satisfying.
Cons
I have 3 cons. The compensation is low, but to be honest, I am not sure how their compensation levels compare to same role at companies in the same industry. This company are not transparent as to... how office/cubicle locations are assigned, Don't know how they are assigned, but it has been my experience that the employee has zero say in the location and tenure does not matter. There is also a lack of transparency as to why some employees are approved for 100%, or mostly 100% remote, while others in the same department must come into the office on the 3 assigned days a week.
