"Lots of latitude"Nov 24, 2019
I have been working at Harvard University full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
I’ve been able to implement my ideas without much pushback and feel appreciated by my boss and colleagues.
Cons
Staff are asked by people who have no idea of the impact to move offices without much thought given to how it impacts work and morale.
Advice to Management
Don’t be afraid to ask junior staff for perspective on proposed changes.
